My husband is a headache sufferer. I don't know how to help him. He went to a doctor about 5-7 years ago and they told him he had cluster headaches. He was given a perscription but it helped little if at all and so he was discouraged. I hate seeing him with these headaches and it does take its toll on our family- with missed work days etc--it gets costly and frustrating when your at the mercy of something you can't control and no one seems to have much sympathy for nor understanding of. Does anyone have any advise to how I should help my husband eliiminate or at least understand the cause and possible prevention of these headaches?
