smoking, my cluster cycles started getting more erratic. I went PF for a whole year, and thought that quitting was directly related to the CH. I'd also had some periods of remission before when I was still smoking, but I really wanted to believe that the smokes were responsible. This year, however, the CH's came back, but this time I was having anywhere from 2-5 attacks per day. So, I started smoking, just to see what effect there would be, and my episodes dropped to 1 per day (at night). Who really knows? I'm off the smokes again (after my cycle seemed to be over) but now have had sporatic CH attacks, but only 4-5 kippers.
