I just got off the phone with Den and Adam. I started the Adam Project as a simple project to make Adam smile while he is going thru so much discomfort. I have consulted Den every step of the way as I did not want to do anything he would object to. He told me several days ago, This is for Adam...whatever it takes to make him smile...So I went for it. I want to thank each and every one of you that have given so freely from your heart for this child. It was suppose to remain a surprise....but today Adam had a bad day so Den told him what we were doing for him. He has a wrestling book and he is in the process of picking out things he wants. ...things Den and Barbara said they could never buy cause WWF stuff ain't cheap. This made Adam alittle happier today and that is all that counts. This project was not to help Den or Barbara, it was to help Adam. As I said, it started out small, but because of some of you, Adam received over $500. in pledges. Some may say that is too much for posters and WWF stuff...I say if it makes Adam happy, nothing is too much. As of today, I have received $170. of the pledges and know the rest is on the way. Whatever Adam decides to do with the money is ok with the ones that contributed. Den is speechless over what you guys have done. I have done nothing...I just collected and ask for pledges. Again, thank you so much and this is from Adam, Den and Barbara... It tickles me picturing the 3 of them going thru the WWF magazines and Adam showing them what he wants. I will be sending out what I have received so far on Monday as soon as Den and Barbara tell me how they want me to send it..The rest that comes in will go out every 3 to 4 days to them.
