I gave up on Imitrex several weeks ago.The effects were wearing off faster and faster for me, even at the full 6 mg.Saw a neurologist yesterday and she shot,1 mg. xylocaine 4%,about 3 inches deep into my right nasal using the tube off a 25g. minicath attached to a syringe.I felt very little numbing and doubted it would work for very long,if at all.That was 28 hours ago.Still NO PAIN or SHADOWS at all.It may sound strange but its working,its cheap and she gave me some to take home because its not that hard to do.LOL
