you may want to try the "cluster quiz" link on the left of your screen. It asks you a series of questions and may be able to help you and your doctor determine what kind of headaches they are. To me, they sound like what I call ice-pick headaches...short, intense, and I always end up looking around the room thinking I had just been stabbed in the head with an icepick. Tell us more about your headaches too. How long do they last, how often to they come, where is the pain located, etc. After you take the quiz, there is also a "links" link that may be able to direct you to resources suited specifically for your type of pain. Let us know how you make out!
