After one month on the stuff I feel worse than I did before. Same headaches, plus lightheaded, retaining water, no appetite, and ankles like balloons. Oh well, I've only had CH for 11 years. Isn't it amazing how we can carry on, lead a semi-normal life, after being up for hours every night with wall-banging head pain???
