The next time you have a break, try something different. Run around, exercise, try my circulatory technique....it really has worked for those who don't think of it as relaxation. If it's new to you, I'll post it in a minute.
I'm not going to tell you to look on the bright side or keep a positive attitude. With this shit, sometimes it ain't there. Just try to hold together.
