Normally I'd say, check out the cluster quiz (buttons top left of the page) but I appreciate that you will not find it easy to finish the quiz because of all the symptoms running across each other.
Normally people don't get seizures FROM clusterheadache, (or vice versa) though some of us do have both.
Some people, however, have CH real bad and sometimes lose consciousness.
If the seizure situation is also new (like the head pains), you might want to check out another
neuro or a knowledgeable headache centre. If the fits follow from intense Clusterpain, could be the seizure meds won't work for him.
Go to the OUCH site (buttons top left) to find out if there is a CH-friendly neuro in your neighbourhood.
Look around on the site, check out all the medical info (buttons left), try water x 3 and check out shrooms in the Search facility.
For the rest I cannot offer you more than hope and the support of this site.

And get your husband to lookhere too, when the pain eases up.
