Den can configure OE, OE Express, Internet Explorer, Netscape, or whatever email application is available, to access his personal email.
His ISP is "TXU Communications" so here's the info he needs:
username: doc2000@txucom.net
password: ******* (whatever it is)
SMTP server: mail.txucom.net
POP3 server: mail.txucom.net
