I started verap in May, 2000 and had no probs with it 'til Feb, 2001 when my feet and ankles also swelled so bad I couldn't get my shoes on. (I was taking it for high blood pressure also) My last cycle started on St Pat's day this year and my doc put me on Bumex for the swelling. Seemed to work for me.
