I had a minor attack at 1:30 and it was over in about 20 minutes w/o medication. I had a series of them Fri. and they lasted until 4 a.m. Sat. Since then I have only had that small one. I have been soaking my head (lol) in a sink of hot water when they start and it has really helped. I guess I will get me a snorkle so I don't have to come up for air. I went for almost three years p/f and then a month ago they came back worse than ever. I hope we are both getting rid of them. Have a GREAT DAY. A CH Friend...Jim
