I read that CH's run in cycles and finally peak and begin to go "downhill" until they go into remission. I hope that is true. They are getting farther apart and most the time the last couple days they are not as severe. I am getting over a real bad one right now but it is the first one I have had in over 24 hours. The last episodes I had was three years ago but I cannot remember how they ended. I know this is the worse and has lasted the longest (4 weeks) and between 4 & 6 a day. Sometimes they come in waves at night. My nose (left side) gets so stopped up it is like a very bad head cold. I pray these will soon be over. They completely disable me.
