Let her know you're there for her and will help if she tells you what will help (ask when she's not having a CH attack though). She might say "nothing, just leave me alone". That's o.k. too, just so she knows you're there for her.
Also having clusters myself (and the father of four kids).... I really appreciate it when my wife takes the kids off of my hands when I'm having a CH attack.
