see me suffer so much and are so good about helping me by leaving me alone and taking care of themselves. Even when I was a single mom my son at age 5 would sit in front of the tv turned down very low and not move till he knew I was better. I think my children have learned compasion for those in any kind of pain from my CH. I know they are moved and care so much. My son has written his feelings on paper. That is a good release also.
