My attitude toward diet is that a normal diet with a suppliment is probably fine. I don't think most need the latter, but it can't hurt. When I had my attacks, nothing I tried with diets or other vices seemed to help. I have no experience nor knowlege with this but there are some very positive results with mushrooms here.
I'm not able to use this kind of thing in any event but you may want to look at it. Look around the board and you'll see lots of posts on this.
