My husband is a chronic - 64 in March, 43 in April, only 20 in May, 72 in July and not surprisingly gets depressed. His company paid for him to have counselling. The counsellor, bless her, told him it was his fault, the headaches were his friends and he liked having them but he had to be strong and just tell them to go away. He tried telling them to go away but they just won't listen! Needless to say, he hasn't been back!
