yes, once again Ueli has been the voice of reason. It probably is all one long attack, that's just waning with the O2 dose.
Have you tried taking a sleep aid (dramamine or benadryl) before bed so you don't get into that REM cycle? Doing that has helped a few people here. Just a thought.
My husband's experience with Tylenol with codeine and/or acetominophen has not been successful in relieving cluster pain. Very hard on your stomach too.
