I apparently grind my teeth while sleeping as well. Kind of weird. :)
Was DX'd with TMJ about ten years ago I reckon. Coincidentally perhaps, that's about when my CH's started. though the TMJ DX came after the CH DX. TMJ sucks... Thanks for the link.
