I need some advice here. My mother, bless her heart, is trying everything under the sun to get the Beast to go away for me. She is constantly trying to get me to try different health/homeopathy methods. I'm not opposed, as most of you probably would agree, to trying ANYTHING that will stop these things. However, sometimes the things she wants me to do is nothing but nasty.
Probably the worst thing is Goldenseal. Nasty, nasty stuff. My problem here is that I have ch and migraines. Many times a ch will trigger a migraine which makes me nauseated. I will usually start vomiting during a major attack like this. Goldenseal is the worst tasting stuff but she won't leave me alone with it.
Have any of you had this happen?
Also, are there any of you out there like me that when you are at a 10 you DON'T CARE what you get, be it opiates or death, just as long as you get relief? I sometimes feel like I'm a druggie wannabe when this happens. My family makes me feel this way, too.
