After leaving my show last night I went for a beer with the cast and I got hit in the bar. I drove home like a bat out of hell (has any one ever been pulled over during an attack?).
I got to the 02 which did the trick then went to sleep.
At 1.30 was woken up with an all mighty head banger..tried the 02 whilst chewing on a zomig and packing my head with ice but to no avail.
So I thought it was time to devirginize my self to the injections. I went to get the one that DJ had helped me get ready over the phone a couple of weeks ago...the needle was bent...so I had to rig another one.
I was amazed how I could jab myself like that. Then it started to work. I was too tired and in too much pain to really pay attention to how it made me feel, but I do remember just before the HA stopped, I could feel the veins in my skull, pulsate if you will.
So thanks again DJ..you saved me from a night of pain.
I have to learn how to stick the pen back in the holster without bending the needle though.
