Melatonin is working for me

I've been taking Melatonin(3mg) every night at 10:30 for a month now. Since then I have only had to take 3 Maxalt-MLT tablets. I don't know if I've just hit a slow CH time or what but I've never in years gone that long without taking something for a headache in that long of a time.
