is an herb directed at helping migraine symptoms. You have to take it for a long time before you will feel the effect of it, but it has been known to help avoid migraines.
If you're vomiting and your attacks are lasting that long, it sounds more like migraine than cluster. I'm a former migrainer and my husband is a clusterhead. The only time he's been sick to his stomach with his clusters have been as a result of meds he was taking. My migraines always produced nausea and 12-24 hour attacks. Different animals, to be sure. And his attacks last, average maximum, 1.5 hours. One went longer, but it was very atypical for him - it ebbed and peaked for a period of 8 hours, but that's only happened once.
Good luck and keep digging to find a proper diagnosis for yourself.
