I am so sorry to hear that you are all awake and cannot sleep. I have been reading personal accounts of this syndrome and it is exactly what my husband goes through. I feel so helpless...I get him an icepack, phone the hospital, sit with him, talk, read, massage his feet. He weeps with pain. So awful...
