10 years ago if someone told me it was possible to manage my headaches I would have smacked them for being stupid! But it is possible in at least my case. I was chronic for 16 years without 1 day of remission. I found a doctor who gave me Isoptin, THIS DRUG HELPS TO PREVENT CLUSTERS. I dont take pain meds because I dont get the pain. I'm not a doctor so I do not know if this helps everyone. But lets face it if just one more of us finds the peace I have found it would be remarkable!!! For years I went without doctors care because I was sick of how ignorant they can be. Find a doctor and ask him to research the possibility of giving you Isoptin when you are in an active cycle. I could not belive it when I found this site, it is wonderful! For years (26 to be exact) I thought I was alone. If anyone knows of a pill I can take to spell correctly please write.
