joe - i use the shots occassionally, they work pretty good, the nasal spray works fast too but my headaches seem to come back faster, usually within 2 to 3 hours. i use the pills mainly because they are cheaper, in fact i get the 100 mg tabs and break them in half because that is so much cheaper than getting the 50 mg tabs. my neuro wrote me an rx for 93, 50 mg tabs and the cost was about 1300.00. my insurance pays 80% but the 20% is still a lot of money. this damn imitrex is causing me to go bankrupt!!!
