I'm speaking out of place here, but thought I'd give you my take on things. First off, I have no idea what 'legal' issues might be involved in OUCH and ch.com being separate. I also don't think they matter.
DJ created ch.com as a site for clusterheads. He did a fabulous job and added and built it up so it has a tremendous amount of info. clusterheads around the world added to that...both by sending him links and posting.
When the idea of OUCH came up and people got serious about it, DJ took it upon himself to reserve the various forms of www.clusterheadaches....like .org and .net (I think) This prevented anyone else from grabbing those names.
He then generously "donated" the use of ch.org to OUCH. He has been pretty adamant about NOT wanting an active leadership role in OUCH. Something about his career, jetskis, women, pickup trucks....
So, the bottom line is, although OUCH was birthed here and ch.com and OUCH will always be linked, both spiritually and hyper-wise, official OUCH stuff has to stay on ch.org. Simply because DJ wants it that way. He could easily have added OUCH pages here, but he set up another URL for OUCH.
Perhaps we need to do a better job of pointing people to the OUCH link when they have questions and perhaps some people have to do a better job of wandering around ch.org, but neither is a very big deal.
