I used them for long years and I thought it was good for the pain, but I was in same conditions (a lot of pain, cycles, and so on).
Even I used vaccinates against allergy for 2 years 3 ties per week, but cluster still here.
When I began with melatonin, last april, I interrupted all meds, including antihistamines and now I am very well, pain free.
That's my experience, but remember all of us are differents
