I'm a Chronic C-Head (5 yrs with only breaks of 2 or 3 days at a time)...been on lithium and paxil (and dozens of other meds prior to and in addition to) for 3 yrs now. My doc started me on Topomax several months ago...100mg and then upped me to 200mg. Sorry, no weight loss here and ...oh, damn... what was my name?????...where am I???....oh yeah...there's that fricking beast again!!!! I sure hope and pray it works for you, Trudy. We always have hope. However, my little bag of hope is about darn near empty... looking into shrooms now.. that word "incurable" is really haunting me. I'm so tired of being a guinea pig. This site is the only thing that has kept me going.. thank you all for sharing your pain and blessings and laughs with us shy ones who only occassionally speak up. love and prayers to all.
