Carl, I'm sorry to hear about the ch's returning. I just wanted to say that your post was logical, well written and lucid..i.e., you sound focused and well positioned to deal with this, the events currently in your life, and the ch. I agree that stress is a trigger. To me, it's as if ch almost has an intelligence of it's own. It looks for any area of potential weakness and exploits it. It even seems able to learn to deal with certain medications...so it's like a constant war made up of lots of smaller battles. Anyway, for what its worth, I know you've got the beating of this, and it's people like you that give the rest of us courage to fight our own wars...so the very best of luck...go win!
