...I had SA before I caught clusters 22 years ago, and I still have it now in remission. Scared the hell out of Karen for awhile; now it just pisses her off when my snorting and gasping and snoring wake her up ten times a night. I think SA can be a trigger, but only if you are chronic or having your period.
