Narcotics (percocet, darvocet) don't help. You need to try vascularconstrictors to abort an attack. Imitrex injections work best for most of us. You also need to try some preventive meds such as verapamil,lithium, etc. Go to the medication tab on the left of the screen and also to the OUCH website. Have you taken the cluster quiz? Oxygen may help at 8-10 litres for 10-20 minutes if you catch the attack early enough.
