My reply to the "interesting" e-mail:
Just wondering why you think this should have any relevance to cluster headache. A bright room, and feeling sick - very puzzling, and, if I may say, worrying perceptions for a "doctor candidate". If you really were a migraine sufferer, you would share this information for free with your fellow migraineurs. Certainly 99.9% of cluster sufferers would behave in that fashion.
If you have got these addresses from ch.com, I'm sure you will get an interesting variety of post over the next few days.
If you obtained them from the OUCH (UK) site which I built and maintain, I would appreciate a speedy apology to those who you have undoubtedly upset.
