I'm looking for Mel who lives in Wisconsin... anyone knows her email address? If so, could they write her and ask her to write me? I got my ch's back! tonight is first attack and I remember last year she gave me a remedy which works the first few weeks for me. I think it is IF I wake up with a headache... or before I go to bed... to drink two cups of straight black coffee and take benedryl. It worked great the first two weeks. My spells usually, except last year, last only 6 to 8 weeks. But I can't quite remember exactly . Maybe it was drink two cups of black coffee at bed time and take benedryl and if I wake up with a ch...then take two cups of coffee + more benedryl? Anyway, in a few weeks, it doesn't work anymore but i'll do anything tame before I hit the verapamil and octiblocker shots. Darn, can't believe they are back in my life! Seems unreal. You feel great the rest of the year, then BAM, they are back. August sufferer. sonya
