Well, I've been free of chronic pain for around three years after finding out I'm allergic to sodium benzoate food persertatives. That's the last time I had incredible pain like this. Something changed and I'm experiencing nightly attacks and stuff early morning for about a week. Today the shadow is lingering and poking my sinuses and left side of my head. It's discouraging to not be able to pin down what's set this off. It scared me a bit when the sinus pain meds didn't help these headache this time. And just telling people how much it hurts gives them no idea that I'm groaning in pain, pleading to higher powers for the reason I've been struck. I'm thinking it's the heat, the high mold count, the in and out of air conditioning and back again triggering this. I guess it's time to see a doctor.
