My wife and I are going to Romania on a mission trip for a year and my biggest fear was not having access to my prescious imitrex. My wife called a doctor she knows (family friend), he called his Glaxo drug rep and wouldn't you know it, I got 50 100mg imitrex tabs donated for our Romania trip. Sometimes, people do have a heart.
