My Boss needs help to understand.

We got into a small argument today...

I had a lovely attack last night and then again this morning...I did manage to abort them eventually, but it left me totally exhausted today.
I told him I was leaving today at 3.30pm ( I have only had one day off due to clusters in the last two months) to fill my 02 and get some rest. His reply was "you really need to get these headaches sorted out"
I nearly inhaled his head to say the least. Told him to go find someone who didn't get clusters to work for him....
any way we, (I) calmed down...and he tried to give me a solution to my problem...diet..exersise...acupuncture and all that...
I told him I would e mail him some info to read so as to save his head from being inhaled again..

What would you send if you were me that he could EASILY understand.
