Make regular backups and scan on a regular basis.
If you follow these little rules you do not have much to worry about. Norton Antivirus is one of the better ones and it will give you the ability to scan all emails that come in. It is called read and learn. This is the best way to live on the net. I collect the viruses for fun and to see they can do and how to modify them.
Educate yourself and don't jump to conclusions. This is the best way to learn and protect your computer.
