hey... i hear you, it's starting up for me too and i lined up my oxygen tanks, got the verapamil in the house, lots of coffee, and i'm ready. This year, i'm not going to let this get me. I also upped my water intake cause the meds are sooo hard on our systems... kidneys and liver. I use the maxalt disolving tabs over the imitrex shots. I hate those needles...they freak me. So far, i'm doing okay. so far.... Isn't it strange how so many of us start in august? just weird and i wish i knew what it was about that month.
