You can get welders 02 at a gas supply house, you dont need a a script but DONT tell them you will be breathing it. they dont like to be open for a law suit.
You will need a non-re-breather mask and a custom regulator, if you need help with the regulator e-mail me and ill explain how to convert one---Its easy
