I hope you have a good neurologist. If you don't have one, find one. I was lucky. These guys live in a different world most of the time, but a good one is worth his weight in what ever poison you currently use to kill the malevolent beast.
You'll almost certainly find something in the posts and the archives that will help you in some fashion. Believe it or not it's there somewhere. It's just too damned bad we can't find something simple.
