I know it's hard when your head is hurting and you just want some help, but.... please don't take yourself so seriously. I'm saying this from my heart too. YOu can deal with suffering so much better when your able to laugh things off.
I laugh at myself all the time. I can't even say the word cinnamon or aluminum correctly. I have friends who try to make me say those words just so they can laugh at me.
Life is funny, so look around and have a good laugh. OK?
