I was diagnosed with cluster headaches about 1 year ago. (I had suffered for several months about 10 years earlier, but it was never diagnosed) I was getting them in the morning every other day. Always at about 9:30 am and lasting about 1.5 hrs. I was perscribed Prednisone (sp?) and Verapimil (sp?). It broke the cycle and they went away. About a week ago I got a really horrible one around 10:30 at night that kept me suffering for about 2.5 hours. Before that night, and a couple of times since, I have had some mild headaces, but nothing like the real thing. Is it possible to have a single cluster headache? Seems to go against the "cluster" part of it. Please tell me this is possible. I can't keep going through this.
