p.s.

i just read your questions. I told actually KNOW how much we get of oxygen, but I can tell you that your sister has to set it on a liter. We all put it on around 6 to 10 liters per minute. For me, I put it on 10 or 15 liters. Use a mask, don't worry about how much she's actually getting. All this has been told to us by our neurologists... so all she needs to know is what liters to put in and not get into the details of are we breathing PURE oxgen and all that 40%... that got me confused! We all just pretty much put it on 8 liters or 10 liters or whatever... and leave it on for 20 minutes... seems to break after 10 minutes but leaving it on 10 more minutes tends to keep it away. For me, bad years, i find that after i've turned the thing off ... then 10 minutes later, i can be in attack. Sounds like you absolutely need a stronger drug to help out. Also, my last defense is to get octiblocker shots. Octsictable nerve blockers given in the back of the head. But, again, a regular doc can't do these. has to be a trained neurologist. My advice, get her one. They make a difference in these. good luck. hope this helps out./ az_sonya@yahoo.com
