I have been a CH sufferer for 16 years and have found support and information on this website and message board for the last few years. It has been a lifesaver. During my last cycle (a year ago) I read a post with a link to a website, I believe it was Simon's, that had a well written article explaining to an employer about CH's and what to expect from their employee when they are suffering from them. I have a new employer now and I fear that I may be starting a new cycle soon. I would love to get a copy of that letter if anyone has it or knows where I can find it.
