what the normal breathing rates are, but I suspect your friend may be mistaken. Your sister will see when she puts on the mask at whatever rate she opts for. A 20 flow rate would make her lungs expand the size of the Hindenburg, and probably have the same outcome. I also don't know of any regulators that go up that high, unless she piggybacked a couple of tanks with the ability to achieve high flow rates.
