I guess it all comes down to respect. Swearing may be an outlet for some, but I think there are constructive ways to vent - without having to come across like a person who really doesn't give a rip for anyone else. It's okay to be angry; we each have our cross to bear.
To each their own, though. There is some good info and some very supportive folks in here. It just seems disruptive to come across the few foul-mouthers.
