Thanks for sharing it with us.
When we are pain free, we really need to fortify ourself with hope and promise, so that we can survive those very dark hours when it is so hard to hold on- so bleak and dark-just lost and sinking into the pain.
We need a particular saying to shout at the Beast at these times, like "I'm holding on! I'm holding on".
