In response to both your post and Brad's, they take me back to when I first found there was a CH.com and the relief of finding people who understood exactly what we were going through, as sufferers and supporters. If you haven't had a CH or seen someone have one, you cannot understand. The word family comes to mean more than blood relatives...this family has walked in your shoes. Vent away...no one's going to turn and walk away or ignore your cries. As a supporter, I am frightened of someone else's pain--the incredible pain of someone I love. Seeing something so totally out of my control and his takes its toll on me too. So, sufferers and supporters alike, thanks for being my family too!
