I've had these for 20 years at about 4 months per cluster, and about 18 months in remission. I've found also that what works sometimes may not work at another. But sounds like you are on the right track--I've found this site to be a wealth of great info. Last cycle I found O2 worked well at the outset, but not later. Also, I found fiorocet worked well for the "after-headache" pain. I like ice--just numb the area as long as possible. Good luck!
