I went to the ER twice during my last ordeal. the first time They gave me toradol, and the pain level went from a 10 to a 4. the last time I went they gave me 5 mg of morphine, nothing. They wanted to do a spinal tap on me. They said "This coulld make the headache worse." I said "NOOOOOO WAYYYYY!" He said that there is nothing we can do here for you then.
They just cannot understand. Just like my other chronic pain. If it isn't bleeding, bruised, or otherwised findable ny MRI,c scan, or xray. then you are just a junkie looking for a fix.
Such is the burden we have to bear untill they find out that CH is real, along with other types of CP.
